Artfashion Expands Presence with New Kiosks at Artisan Avenue (Vancouver) and Studio on Water (Kelowna)

Artfashion Expands Presence with New Kiosks in South Granville, Vancouver and Kelowna's Art District Following Successful Collaboration at Winnipeg Art Gallery's Art in Bloom

Artfashion by Charlie’s Charmed and Olivier Salvas Artiste, a trailblazer in the intersection of fashion and contemporary art, proudly announces the opening of two new kiosks at prime locations in British Columbia. This expansion follows Artfashion's recent success at the Winnipeg Art Gallery's Art in Bloom, where the brand was invited to create a floral sculpture interpretation of "Owl" by Pootoogook Qiatsuk.

Starting May 1st, 2024, art and fashion enthusiasts can explore Artfashion's unique collections at Artisan Avenue in South Granville, Vancouver, and Studio on Water in Kelowna's Art District.

Artisan Avenue, South Granville, Vancouver – Nestled in one of Vancouver's most sophisticated shopping districts, this new kiosk offers an immersive experience in Artfashion's eclectic and innovative designs.

2843 Granville St, Vancouver, BC

Studio on Water, Kelowna's Art District – Located in Kelowna's bustling hub of creativity, this kiosk brings Artfashion’s avant-garde styles to the heart of the city's vibrant art community.

1302 Water St, Kelowna, BC

Both locations feature a range of gender-neutral clothing and accessories, including cedar wood bow ties, upcycled blazers, birch wood earrings, paintings, hats, bags, and birch wood flower pins. These unique pieces reflect Artfashion’s commitment to sustainability and artistic expression.

To celebrate these openings, Artfashion collaborated with photographer Rory McLeod for a promotional photoshoot that channels the nostalgic vibes of 90's boybands, featuring Eddie, Olivier, and Ryan.

New Additions to the Collection

Among the new offerings is the "From Seed to Harvest" collection, handcrafted by Two-Spirit Artfashion member Eddie. This collection includes earrings, bracelets, and pendants that incorporate medicinal plants such as tobacco and sage, grown in Eddie’s own garden. These pieces embody the essence of wearable art, allowing the wearer to become a part of the artistic experience.

Upcoming Locations

Artfashion is also excited to announce upcoming kiosk openings in Victoria, BC, and Gastown, Vancouver, further expanding its reach and making its unique art-inspired fashion accessible to more people.
